Futsal Oh, and btw, torn between Federer and Roddick on tonight's Wimbledon final. I think i would prefer Roddick to win this one
Yeah i guess one way or another. Singapore made me love swimming and also football..jpg)
Played after so long, thx Leo for inviting. Still got a lot to improve especially futsal where they usually ain't no time to think much on what to do, i usually can't think that fast hahaha. Either i rush a shot, or i think so long they come and get the ball of me.
First 2-Day Job during Summer Break
At Digi Telco Subang Hi-Tech Park, Digi HQ
A 2 day event job consisting of one day of Setting Up and one day of Event
Setting up, well we basically just had to set up our booth that's all. We spent about 3 to 4 hours!! Waiting for things to do. We arrived at 2, waited till about 6 till they started telling us what to do. Omg la. But..
Sitting down earning money like this is not bad either.
Setting up our respective booths.
On the second day, the day of the event.
It is an event where Digi is celebrating something, haha i think it's their anniversary or something. About 1200 of their staffs are participating in the event consisting of games and concerts!
Again we had to wait for the event leaders to come an hour later.
Digi, always the smarter choice.
And then...the event started..jpg)
Watching the digi staffs playing the games on the 1st floor.
This is me and jackson's game station, Re-Form, basically a game where u make a complicating form simple. We got to keep our work shirts! Woo hoo it is nice!.jpg)
One of the team at my station, finally can take picture after everything sort of settled down. At first so many teams came to our stations! Our station is the only station that can take more den a team at a time, up to 10 teams! Imagine that! And one team is about 20-30 people..jpg)

Couldn't resist taking this pic at one of the office hallways. From far i thought it was a pregnant woman..jpg)
At night we get to see concert. Some wonderful singing, dance and drum playing act was very good and plenty of stalls that serves free food for the staffs are also there. So it was really good the concert. Ate till feel like shitting.
Anyway, it was good la. Got to see some really beautiful girls, ladies and womans. And at the same time get to enjoy the event and earn some money. Not a bad start.
By the way, so shocked to hear that Michael Jackson passed away.

PC Game Reviews during the start of Summer break
So i'm back in Msia and hardcoring on Pc gaming now since i'm so free.
Any part time job to recommend? Lol
Wanted : Weapons of Fate
The first few mins of the game is plain awesome. You'll spend the first 1 hour or so enjoying this game A LOT. But after that...it gets plain repetitive and boring. The only thing that really get u going is the storyline and the cool effects of bullet curving and time slowing. Other than that, the whole game is basically run, duck and shoot. TOO repetitive.
My score : 2.5/5
Prototype
Starting the game. The intro is pure awesomeness. Totally badass! Cutting soldiers in half, arr...it feels good. Somehow i find the game a little overrated though, it is good being a badass but the missions and all are pretty much the same. Side Quests are very much the same.
Some awesomeness about this game
- Morphing into ANYONE in the city and disguising as them is also plain cool
- The hero looks cool. And he can run anywhere in the city.
- Slicing living things in half. I'm sick.
The bad things about the game
- Side Quests are very similiar and the only purpose usually is to collect EP to learn new skills
- I wanted the hero to be a little bit more undestructable. Lol! Well there's cheats but nah...
My score : 4.2/5
The Sims 3
I have never been a fan of the sims since Sims 1. It is addictive the first couple of hours but after that i find it boring already. Especially after achieving everything. But before achieving that everything. It is an addictive game.
I am never a fan of the sims but i know many people who enjoy the game. For me it is only fun at the beginning where you are working your characters to the top. After that, for me it's over.
Oh yeah, and making a virtual girlfriend for myself is quite entertaining also. Since i'm single and have no luck in reality.
My score : 4/5
A week full of uncertainties, but still good. Lol. And..another parting to a good friend
Monday
- Some of my classmates were planning an outing last min to either Redang or Melaka during the week
- No news after that
Tuesday
- Made a plan with my mom's side younger cousins to bring them to Sunway Lagoon on Wednesday, 7 of them, all younger than me
- A few hours later, one of my relative's mom didn't allow her children to go to Sunway Lagoon due to safety reasons
- Plan canceled
Wednesday
- Some of my cousins didn't know the plan was cancelled.
- So they revived the plan to go to One Utama without the ones that couldn't go without me knowing
- Arrived at my doorstep and start miss-calling, shouting my name as i was asleep with my handphones outside. After 30 mins den i woke up lol.
- Went for a wonderful outing
- One of my cousin stayed over at my house
Thursday
- Nothing much, just accompanied my cousin
Friday
- Last min plan to hang out at One Utama, Ahmed's last outing with us before going back to Kenya. Ate Carl's Jr.

Saturday.jpg)
Sunday
- Planned to go Sunway Pyramid to ice skate or something with some of my A-lvl friends
- No one came up with anything, lol
- Wanted to go play futsal with Dan and Leo but after they changed venue, couldn't make it as i realised i didn't have proper shoes and too lazy to start finding the area. And was outside eating dinner until about 9.20 when the football starts at 10.00. Was at Serdang
Back in Msia....
Yeah i'm back. Can't say i'm overly happy about it. But still yeah it's good to be back.

It's a side of SIC i haven't seen before and it is an interesting sight although some of the events are unpleasant ones. But i do learn about the harsh reality of life in some of the events.
Coming back i was freaking tired, slept a lot. And parents bringing their work back home is also another unpleasant sight for me lol. Well they might argue that it's for my future benefits and household moneys but it's not nice watching them all stressed out.
And...i miss football quite a lot now. Lol. What am i gonna do for the next 3 mths of hols
- SLOWLY look for part time jobs
- Eat and grow fat, unless i can find some sporting partner who does sports
And...Oh Yah, i'm back to the sucky connections of Msia. And Ed, Msia arcade no Street Fighter 4 yet. Pfft.
Leaving Singapore for 3 months....Yes i'm coming back to Sg after 3 mths!
Finally i decided to leave on Thursday, 4/6/2009, initial plan was to leave on Friday but the time i wanted was fully booked. So... come back a day earlier la
So..how was it 9 mths in Singapore? Well...
How i've changed
- From group studies, i'm studying alone now
- I'm doing a lot more sports in Singapore, getting back to Msia definitely gonna be fat
- Realised how convenient having the luxury to drive a car is
- I started a strict budget routine
How i've not changed
- I'm still eating alone most of the time
- I'm still very shy and quiet in front of people i'm not close with
- I'm still Single!
Well i will really miss SIC Campus, the hostel i've been staying in the past 9 months due to a lot of reasons
- The people here are nice, that's the main factor (some are not but i'm not mixing with them)
- There's a lot of activities to fill my time like football, basketball, ping pong and swimming
- Being at a place for 9 mths, i do get attached a little hahah
Well there are like tonnes of thing i wanna write about but it's gonna get tedious, so might blog it out next time when i'm free, heck i'll be so free back in Msia!
.jpg)
I'm coming back in September anyway, will i be in SIC Campus still? I most probably think so unless i found an apartment and friends to shift with. But still...the debates on apartment VS hostel will be on another post..jpg)
